Lloyd Kennedy

Kennedy was released from prison on May 26th.
He has failed to comply with his probation conditions.
He is not regarded as posing a risk to the public, but if seen. do not approach him - call 999 immediately.
He used to live in Warnham, so may be in the area.

I have just 'Googled' the terms 'improve NHW', 'modernise NHW', 'regenerate NHW' and 'how best to improve and modernise NHW'.
And guess what is returned? This website! This is absolutely awesome!
People who are seriously thinking about how best to modernise and improve neighbourhood watch in their area can be spared the pain of going through everything that we went through to achieve this.
The answer to their prayers can be taken right out of the box - well almost!

A security measure has been taken to make this website at leaast a million times more difficult to hack.
(Sorry, but I can't say what or how, just that it works).
